Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you via email with an update on your order.
Delivery Times Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days, depending on your geographic location.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary based on destination, the shipping carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping Velura offers free shipping on all orders to all destinations available in our store. There is no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real-time through the corresponding carrier's website. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 3 business days after your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at linyimarmoreno22@gmail.com.
Shipping Destinations We ship internationally, including but not limited to: Panama, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, the United States, Spain, and other countries available at the time of purchase.
Shipping Delays Velura is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs processing or customs retention.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- National or international holidays.
- Any other event beyond our control.
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and work with you to find the best solution.
Loss or Damage During Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt at linyimarmoreno22@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
- A description of the issue.
We will evaluate each case individually and offer a solution, which may include a product replacement or a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Transfer of Delivery Responsibility For Velura™, fulfillment of the shipping service is certified at the moment the transport company registers the delivery via proof of delivery, signature, photograph, or geolocation at the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Once the tracking system reflects the status "Delivered," the responsibility for the physical custody of the package passes to the customer. Velura™ does not assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or taken after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend that our customers ensure the reception area is a secure location.
Customs and Import Taxes International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other additional fees depending on the laws of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping. We recommend consulting with your country's customs authorities before making your purchase if you have questions regarding potential additional charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address Velura is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
